Portico Capital Advises Five Arrows Principal Investments on its Acquisition of A2Mac1

Portico Capital announced today that it served as financial adviser to Five Arrows Principal Investments (FAPI) on its acquisition of A2Mac1, the leading automotive benchmarking business serving the global OEM and supplier industry from its headquarters in France. Five Arrows Principal Investments Acquires Automotive Benchmarking Provider A2Mac1

PARIS, France: 13th December 2017: Five Arrows Principal Investments, the European corporate private equity business of Rothschild Merchant Banking, has acquired A2Mac1.

Founded 20 years ago in Hary, France, A2Mac1 is the leading player in benchmarking data for the automotive sector, with a client base including the major car manufacturers worldwide and more than 150 suppliers. A2Mac1 has grown quickly in the United States since the early 2000’s, in China since 2010 and more recently in India.

Five Arrows Principal Investments will support A2Mac1 in its next growth phase in its historical markets as well as in the Asian and Latin American markets, and in the development of its products and services.
