Rick is Portico's Managing Partner. He was a Senior Investment Banker for 18 years with Citigroup and Salomon Smith Barney before founding Portico in early 2000.

A Managing Director in SSB's Technology Group, Rick was Head of the Information Services Group which served traditional and emerging growth Information & Business Services companies in the transaction processing, business and consumer database, marketing information services, and technology BPO services sectors. His broad base of financing and advisory experience includes well over 100 transactions in the Information & Business Services industry.
